How soon will it arrive?
Monday through Friday (excluding bank holidays) most orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Once an order is dispatched, it should arrive within 2-7 business days depending on your delivery address.
International shipping times from 3-5 working days.
Worldwide shipping times from 5-7 working days.
What are the payment options?
We're happy to accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal. However, in some cases credit cards with billing addresses outside the UK may get rejected by our processor.
For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.
Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping.
What is your return policy?
Simply return the item in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of receiving your order for an exchange or refund. For health, safety and hygiene reasons, we will not be able to offer a refund, replacement or exchange on used items unless faulty, All faults must be proven by providing a video or photograph of the issue when requested. Any products that are proven faulty will also need to be returned to us and we are more than happy to replace the product for you once received back to us. Any product faults reported outside of the stated 48 hour period will be reviewed on an individual basis by our Customer Service team based on the product care and the amount of time that has lapsed since purchase. We do not guarantee a replacement will be issued.
