We are careful to ensure that the descriptions and specifications of our goods are correct when they are posted on our website. However, while the colour reproduction of the goods on our website is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by browser software or the computer system used by you. Colouring in photos may differ in real life.
wrong postal address-
If you have provided us with the wrong postal address please email us on info@palmbeauty.co.uk within 24 hours if failing to do so you will not receive a refund on behalf of your mistake .
delayed parcel -
if your parcel hasn't arrived within 10 days of postage confirmation please email on info@palmbeauty.co.uk and we will open a dispute with Royal Mail, once the dispute has been made please give 3 working days to get a refund processed or parcel replacement
I haven't received my parcel but it says delivered-
if your tracking says your parcel has been delivered but its not, please call Royal Mail with your tracking number on your confirmation email . this will be out of our hands as soon as our parcels are with Royal Mail.
